Heather Buchan has an eclectic, but meaningful non-profit background serving the advancement of Science and the Arts. Highlights include a NASA internship in SHARP (Summer High school Apprenticeship Research Program), lab experience from medical research labs at Hopkins, and grant wrangling for the arts and from the funding side with a foundation that funds primarily chemists and chemical engineers.
