Key Interview Questions: A Hiring Manager’s Perspective

As a hiring manager, I advised in one of my articles to ask questions when appropriate during a job interview. Asking questions can help you but can also kill your chance to get hired. Be wise in asking questions.      Why does the hiring manager want to hear your questions in the first place? It shows that you are

• Genuinely interested in the job;
• Know that you want and are not desperate to accept any job;
• Demonstrating the kind of person you are, and what your priorities are;
• Showing your ability to communicate your concerns (and to communicate in general).
