I would characterize the first three months as ‘drinking from a fire hose’ which I sort of expected, but it was a very steep learning curve. I knew that as a former bench scientist, this would be a different pace from what I was used to. Although it’s truly hard to describe what this kind of role feels like unless you are in the job.
