I would like to first start by saying that this article only reflects my perception of differences between the Academic and Industry worlds. It is solely based on my own experience. Initially, when I was thinking about the subject of current norms in the biopharmaceutical industry where I now work compared to the norms I experienced in Academia, I couldn’t see significant differences.
