By way of introduction it may be helpful to introduce myself as a retained executive search professional; aka headhunter. I work only on an exclusive basis with select clients to assist them in attracting and retaining high achieving professionals. These same professionals are generally considered "top performers" in their existing companies, so are difficult to attract, at least initially.
