    I always wanted to work in industry. When I was young, when people asked “what do you want to do when you grow up?” my answer was: Engineer! And you know what? I became an engineer in Material Sciences. The same year I graduated, I met someone who completely changed my career plan. She introduced me to the Research world and became my mentor.
