     “Ugh, why does he make us do this?”  “No way…Is it really my turn again next week? I just presented last month"  “No other lab has to get up this early…"  These are just a few of the comments I heard during graduate school before the start of every lab meeting.  Granted my advisor brought donuts and bagels, but that was a mere consolation for my colleagues and I as we sat staring bleary-eyed at each other across the conference room table every Friday morning at 8:00 a.m. Well, all sitting except for that seemingly unlucky sole setting up the projector and preparing to present either their recent research findings or a journal article.
